All is moving ahead in the studio, with rollers newly recovered, and detailed hand painting on the (self) portrait of Medusa continuing. After much delay, the silver grey and dark grey papers finally arrived at the studio in mid-December, despite the postal strike in Canada. Printing is ongoing with about 50 press set-ups and three page designs (including the colophon) remaining. If all goes according to plan, I anticipate the completion of the printing in the coming 6 weeks with text blocks being sewn in February.

Leather Binding
The calf leather skins for the spines were ordered, split, and custom dyed in a lovely teal/aqua blue. They will be shipped soon to binder Celine in Maine, who will cut them to size to prepare for Peter in Boston, who will do the gilded design work, as for the Minotaur. The golden yellow book cloth is also on its way for delivery.
